Manage the companywide tire program to maximize tire life, lower costs, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, and improve fleet uptime through data analysis, vendor management, audits, and coordination of replacements, retreads, repairs, and inventory.

Support and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure ISO 9001:2015 and customer compliance. Perform audits, manage CAPA, investigate nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis, monitor inventory and quality metrics, support cycle counts, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations.

Lead and optimize trucking operations across multiple regions, including terminals, dispatch, routing, fleet management, safety, compliance, budgets, billing, and performance metrics. Manage and develop terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers while ensuring service-level commitments, regulatory compliance, fleet utilization, and cost control. Use TMS, telematics, route optimization, and analytics tools to improve visibility and efficiency. Support network optimization, capacity planning, sustainability, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
