Supervises second-shift crossdock operations, including staffing, inbound receiving, outbound loading, safety, quality, documentation, customer communication, and shipment timing. Manages material handlers, training, SOPs, KPIs, cost control, and process improvements. Requires coordination with materials and customer service teams to resolve delays and operational issues while maintaining efficient, safe, and compliant logistics operations.

Provides first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, printer, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues. Manages helpdesk tickets, user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, equipment deployment, endpoint access, inventory, software updates, and technical documentation. Troubleshoots workstation and peripheral problems, escalates complex issues, supports security practices, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to deliver effective employee technology support.

Coordinates customer freight shipments by generating rates, accepting tenders, entering shipment data into a TMS, and building and scheduling loads. Communicates shipment updates, identifies potential service failures, collaborates with operations to resolve issues, updates customer websites, and works toward customer service scorecard goals. Requires strong communication, active listening, basic computer skills, and high school education in a fast-paced environment.
