As the Sales Manager US for Ventrata, you will drive new sales growth in the tours and attractions industry, manage the sales process, build customer relationships, perform market analysis, and deliver revenue projections.

The role involves a complete redesign of a core SaaS checkout application using Svelte 5, enhancing user flows and component libraries, with a focus on maintainability and quality.

Develop and maintain Flutter plugins and native Android code for a Point of Sale and terminal products. Integrate payment methods and hardware (printers, scanners, kiosks), optimize/refactor the POS app, fix bugs, and perform occasional on-site kiosk/access-control setups. Collaborate in a remote/hybrid team and ensure code quality and automation.

The role involves providing technical support for Frontend products, managing support conversations, improving documentation, and collaborating with internal teams.
