Teams at Ventrata

Develop and maintain Flutter plugins and native Android code for a Point of Sale and terminal products. Integrate payment methods and hardware (printers, scanners, kiosks), optimize/refactor the POS app, fix bugs, and perform occasional on-site kiosk/access-control setups. Collaborate in a remote/hybrid team and ensure code quality and automation.

Provide L3 technical support for terminal hardware and software, own hardware order fulfillment, assist hardware installations, triage complex device issues, reproduce bugs, update documentation, coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering, and participate in on-call rotation to maintain operations SLAs.

Own and scale Ventrata's broader connectivity partner portfolio: lead onboarding, certification, documentation, and partner enablement. Drive integration quality and capability adoption, manage partner communications and health reviews, support technical investigations with specialist teams, and represent Ventrata in the OCTO community to boost GMV, adoption, and operational efficiency.
