Establish governance, operational processes and scalable workflows while presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end delivery of large, high-value multi-line manufacturing projects: planning, financial tracking, contract and change management, risk identification/escalation, stakeholder coordination (sales, operations, supply chain, engineering), client communications, and maintenance of project plans and KPIs.
