Design and implement real-time motion and communication components on embedded Linux using modern C++; maintain Python microservices, gRPC/Protobuf APIs, and Linux service architecture. Improve robustness through monitoring, logging, and failure-mode analysis; debug hardware/software issues with instrumentation; and contribute to CI/CD and automated testing for long-term maintainability.

Design and implement embedded Linux product stack: real-time C++ motion and comms components, Python microservices (FastAPI, MQTT), gRPC/Protobuf APIs, systemd service architecture, hardware interfacing, debugging with logs/packet captures and instrumentation, and contribute to CI/CD and automated regression testing.

Serve as strategic legal partner advising on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance. Build and operationalize a global compliance program, lead ethics and training initiatives, support financing and board readiness, and counsel on employment and sensitive internal matters across Sales, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Operations.
