Supports federal, state, and local tax compliance by preparing tax returns, analyzing financial data, maintaining supporting documentation, preparing K-1 packets, filing sales tax returns and business licenses, responding to tax notices, and contributing to process-improvement projects.

Performs financial analysis, project underwriting, feasibility recommendations, executive presentations, and portfolio-level tracking for senior housing capital investments. Tracks budgets, cash spending, project status, forecast variances, financial performance, and return on investment across approximately 850 communities. Collaborates with internal teams and operating partners while supporting up to $500 million in annual investments. Occasional site visits are required.

Oversee corporate workplace operations and facilities services across multiple offices. Manage vendors, building relationships, office amenities, mail, supplies, conference rooms, access systems, visitor processes, events, safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, executives, and business leaders to support workspace assignments, onboarding, employee experience, office readiness, and operational initiatives.

Own and administer Workday as the primary internal product owner: manage intake and backlog, configure business processes and security, troubleshoot issues, oversee AMS delivery, ensure data integrity and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive system enhancements, compliance, and process improvements.
