The Director of Total Rewards oversees compensation, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring market competitiveness, compliance, and strategic governance. This role includes leadership of managers and partnerships with Legal, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Lead and administer corporate travel and expense program, manage corporate card operations and vendors, govern policies and compliance, oversee expense platform and reporting, support accounting controls and audits, provide employee support, and drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and user adoption.

Own and administer Workday as the primary internal product owner: manage intake and backlog, configure business processes and security, troubleshoot issues, oversee AMS delivery, ensure data integrity and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive system enhancements, compliance, and process improvements.
