Leads the fintech’s compliance program by developing policies, monitoring regulatory adherence, conducting audits and risk assessments, managing regulatory reporting, training staff, reviewing vendors, and investigating compliance breaches. The role requires strong knowledge of Canadian AML and payments regulations, including PCMLTFA and RPAA, with CAMLO experience and CAMS certification considered advantages.

Build responsive, performant, accessible web applications; make frontend architecture decisions; write unit and integration tests; maintain frontend-backend API contracts; improve engineering processes and tools; and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires strong JavaScript and frontend expertise, including TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, testing libraries, RESTful APIs, Figma, usability, and user experience.
