Work with founders to solve cross-functional problems (ops, GTM, partnerships). Build and optimize scalable processes, set and track operational KPIs, lead end-to-end projects, and analyze data to provide insights that improve product and customer experience.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Venn’s B2B banking product. Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to refine features. Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality products and scale product processes.

Lead end-to-end product design from concept to polished execution. Improve and evolve the design system, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production assets, and iterate using user insights and metrics. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define problems and ship high-quality product experiences.
