Design, build, and maintain complex Workday Adaptive Planning models, integrations, and reports. Lead driver-based budgeting and forecasting, govern data models, validate data across systems (NetSuite, Workday), build executive dashboards, configure security and workflows, and partner with finance stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Build and maintain automated data pipelines from Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, and other systems into a central database. Turn business requests into technical specs, author Claude-based skills and dashboards, ensure data quality (validation, deduplication, monitoring, documentation), troubleshoot integrations, and partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Services to deliver decision-ready intelligence.

Manage a pooled segment of SaaS customers using digital channels and scalable programs to drive adoption, monitor health signals, triage escalations, and partner with internal teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Provide technical product support for enterprise software: investigate and resolve application, database, data-processing, reporting, batch-job and performance issues. Analyze logs, Java stack traces, SQL and execution plans; reproduce issues; coordinate with Product Engineering, Cloud Ops, DBAs and Customer Success; deliver updates, workarounds, RCA, and documentation. Will work EMEA support hours and participate in on-call rotations.

Provide technical and functional support for a configurable enterprise web application: investigate and resolve issues across application behavior, calculations, workflows, integrations, databases, performance, and user access. Use SQL and logs to diagnose problems, reproduce issues in non-production, escalate defects to engineering, collaborate with Cloud Ops and Professional Services, support deployments and hotfixes, prepare RCA and knowledge articles, and maintain SLA-driven case ownership during EMEA support hours, including shift and on-call rotations.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML-powered pricing and price optimization products in manufacturing and distribution. Define roadmap, translate AI model outputs into customer-facing features, set objectives and metrics, and align sales, engineering, UX, and analytics to drive measurable pricing outcomes.
