Lead the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for AI-powered B2B pricing and price optimization products. Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, partner with data science, engineering, UX, sales, and analytics teams, and define pricing metrics and goals. Drive agile execution, evaluate competitive and AI trends, communicate strategy and tradeoffs, and deliver customer-facing capabilities for manufacturing and distribution markets.

Provide technical and functional support for a configurable enterprise web application: investigate and resolve issues across application behavior, calculations, workflows, integrations, databases, performance, and user access. Use SQL and logs to diagnose problems, reproduce issues in non-production, escalate defects to engineering, collaborate with Cloud Ops and Professional Services, support deployments and hotfixes, prepare RCA and knowledge articles, and maintain SLA-driven case ownership during EMEA support hours, including shift and on-call rotations.

Build, test, launch, and maintain Pardot/Salesforce marketing campaigns and manage website content in WordPress/Elementor. Support segmentation, QA, tracking, basic reporting, SEO/content hygiene, and troubleshoot integrations with Salesforce and CMS. Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure brand-aligned digital experiences and support demand generation programs.

Produce and edit short- and long-form videos, create motion graphics and supporting graphics, and redesign PowerPoint presentations. Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production, collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and deliver executive-ready visual assets for marketing, sales, and internal communications.

Design, build, and maintain complex Workday Adaptive Planning models, integrations, and reports. Lead driver-based budgeting and forecasting, govern data models, validate data across systems (NetSuite, Workday), build executive dashboards, configure security and workflows, and partner with finance stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Manage a pooled segment of SaaS customers using digital channels and scalable programs to drive adoption, monitor health signals, triage escalations, and partner with internal teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
