The Manager, Accounting & Tax oversees financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting for Japanese KK entities, coordinating with auditors and stakeholders, while managing intercompany services and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Support development approvals, planning and environmental advice for utility-scale renewable projects. Perform due diligence, site investigations, GIS mapping (ArcGIS), stakeholder and First Nations engagement, manage budgets and consultant contracts, contribute to technical compliance, prepare tender/contract documents, and support construction and operational compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Evaluate and execute renewable energy and data center investments across the Asia‑Pacific region. Lead due diligence, market and project research, build financial models, assess returns and risks, support underwriting, debt financing, transaction execution and negotiations. Manage portfolio performance post-close, support refinancing and value‑creation initiatives, and collaborate with advisors and stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
