Oversee grid connection, substation and cable design, HV/MV/LV systems, AutoCAD drawings, SCADA issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, site inspections, regulatory compliance, budgeting input, and team workload optimization across development and construction phases.

Associates will evaluate and execute investment opportunities in renewable energy, perform due diligence, model financials, and support negotiations.

The Manager of Project Development (ESG) will oversee ESG integration into projects, ensure compliance with standards, support stakeholder engagement, and lead reporting efforts.
