Lead sourcing and procurement for onshore wind projects in Japan: manage supplier relationships, RFQs, evaluations, price and commercial negotiations, contracts (EWA, TSA, LTSA, SAA), logistics and O&M procurement. Support turbine selection, technical and financial due diligence, collaborate with Technical/EPC/Legal/Finance, identify procurement risks, and enforce NDAs.

Lead project cost control for large offshore wind packages using Anaplan, Business Central, OPC, and Power BI. Own budgeting, forecasting, EVM, change management, and contractor invoice validation to deliver accurate cost forecasts, contingency control, and executive reporting.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting for the Philippines and regional office. Produce financial analysis, variance explanations, and compliance reports; partner with department heads, accounting, tax, and audit; support process improvements, system rollouts, vendor and construction monitoring, and JV reporting to inform strategic decisions.
