Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by entering and maintaining orders in the ERP, coordinating with purchasing, inspection, and distribution to resolve order issues, processing sales and purchase orders, handling RMAs and service orders, managing stock allocations and data entry, and supporting timely order fulfillment.

Manage a portfolio of key electronic components accounts to drive long-term growth: build relationships, hit monthly/quarterly gross profit targets, enter and maintain customer requirements in ERP, produce sales reports, and provide sourcing/account solutions.

Perform final quality control inspections of electronic components, document results in the ERP, conduct QMS and ESD audits, train and support inspectors, coordinate with Purchasing/Sales on quality issues, and assist with customer corrective actions and technical support.
