Provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating orders, maintaining ERP information, reviewing purchase order requirements, liaising with purchasing and distribution teams, resolving order issues, and managing inventory and nonconforming material reports.

Manage and grow strategic electronics component customer accounts by building relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, achieving sales and profitability targets, and coordinating solutions across sales, sourcing, purchasing, and operations. Maintain accurate ERP and CRM records, communicate customer requirements, prepare performance reports, and provide responsive customer support. This onsite role requires strong knowledge of electronic components and distribution, negotiation, organization, and commercial execution.

Manage a portfolio of key electronic components accounts to drive long-term growth: build relationships, hit monthly/quarterly gross profit targets, enter and maintain customer requirements in ERP, produce sales reports, and provide sourcing/account solutions.
