Provides administrative and operational support for a strategic sourcing program by coordinating suppliers, tracking purchase orders, inspections, payments, quotations, and order status. Supports supplier Quarterly Business Reviews and related activities while managing stakeholder communications and multiple procurement tasks. This is an onsite Singapore position requiring valid local work authorization.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by entering and maintaining orders in the ERP, coordinating with purchasing, inspection, and distribution to resolve order issues, processing sales and purchase orders, handling RMAs and service orders, managing stock allocations and data entry, and supporting timely order fulfillment.

Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, including supplier payments, customer invoicing, receipts, credits, and aging reports. Resolves invoice and credit issues, supports balance-sheet reconciliations, reviews expense reports, and maintains accurate ERP records. The role collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, customers, vendors, and internal teams while handling confidential information and ensuring compliance with corporate policy and GAAP.
