Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and sales roles. Partner with hiring managers, build scalable recruiting processes and interview frameworks, optimize the ATS (workflows, reporting, integrations), deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and provide recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring recommendations.

The Machine Learning Engineer will develop ML models for quality assurance in additive manufacturing, collaborate with engineering teams, and deploy solutions in production.

Execute experiments and prepare printers, schedule and troubleshoot prints, perform analysis and report results, and collaborate with teams for production builds and solutions.

Support customers and internal teams to prepare, optimize, and print metal additive parts using Flow software. Design and modify complex CAD geometries, operate AM machines, troubleshoot hardware/software, train customers, perform hands-on technical tasks onsite and offsite, and collaborate across departments to ensure production success.

Serve as technical account manager for target customers to drive adoption of Velo3D additive manufacturing from concept to production. Provide CAD design support, print preparation and costing, program/project management, customer education, problem resolution, and cross-functional coordination to scale production using Velo3D systems.

The role involves developing tools for large-scale computation in printing workflows, focusing on job monitoring, error reporting, and improving existing systems.

Lead design and development of mechanical and electromechanical systems for additive manufacturing capital equipment. Create prototypes, perform GD&T, system integration, testing, validation, thermal/FEA/CFD analysis, and documentation (BOMs, drawings, procedures). Manage small to mid-sized projects, coordinate fabrication and installation, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Hardware, Software, and Process teams.

Lead product development as a Software Architect, enhancing software architecture, leading engineering teams, and integrating machine learning in advanced manufacturing.

Customer-facing applications engineer who prepares and optimizes print files, designs and analyzes complex CAD geometries, supports customer production and training, troubleshoots hardware/software, operates metal AM machines, and collaborates with engineering teams to develop additively manufactured production hardware.

The DevOps Engineer will support and scale infrastructure for 3D printing systems, collaborate with various teams, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
