Partners with the Corporate Controller and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen controls, remediate deficiencies, improve accounting systems, support public-company reporting, and build a scalable controllership organization. Provides senior leadership, technical guidance, and coaching to accounting professionals.

Designs and executes test plans for print software tools, collaborates with field service engineers to reproduce and triage hardware-related bugs, manages software releases, and troubleshoots issues on printers. Develop machine learning models to predict printability of complex CAD geometries using image, thermal, simulation, and sensor data. Design and maintain structured and unstructured data systems supporting diverse data ingestion, storage, and retrieval. Experience with geometric data, production software engineering, and Python or C++ is required; powder bed fusion and manufacturing data workflows are preferred.

Design and implement test plans for desktop tools supporting 3D printing workflows. Reproduce and triage bugs with applications engineers, drive desktop software releases, and collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to automate testing. The role requires understanding CAD-like applications, desktop software testing or 3D printing, and working effectively with technical software users.

Support customers and internal teams to prepare, optimize, and print metal additive parts using Flow software. Design and modify complex CAD geometries, operate AM machines, troubleshoot hardware/software, train customers, perform hands-on technical tasks onsite and offsite, and collaborate across departments to ensure production success.

Serve as technical account manager for target customers to drive adoption of Velo3D additive manufacturing from concept to production. Lead and operate export controls and government-contracts compliance programs (ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS), maintain policies and registrations, run screening and training, support supply-chain and cybersecurity contractual obligations, and report compliance status to legal leadership and audit stakeholders.
