Leads corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and finance operations. Oversees close processes, GAAP compliance, procurement, inventory, fulfillment-related controls, ERP modernization, process automation, budgeting support, and executive reporting. Manages accounting teams and partners with the CFO, FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve financial discipline, cash flow, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Qualify and monitor metal 3D printers, analyze printed parts using metrology and inspection techniques, troubleshoot production issues, execute experiments, optimize printing and post-processing workflows, and document results. The role collaborates with engineering, applications, hardware, software, and laboratory teams to improve tool performance, validate features, resolve bottlenecks, and update operating procedures.

Manage HR strategy and operations, employee relations, performance management, talent and workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR systems, compliance, leaves, and employee experience. Lead the HR and talent acquisition team while advising executives and managers. The role requires deep California employment law knowledge, HR infrastructure scaling experience, and support for hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing environment.
