Oversee quality for laser powder bed fusion printers and metal printed-part production. Perform inspections, audits, nonconformance disposition, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, supplier improvement, and corrective actions. Maintain quality metrics, investigate manufacturing issues, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field service teams. The role operates in office and manufacturing-floor environments and requires familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean/Six Sigma, mechanical drawings, and data-driven problem solving.

Leads sustaining process engineering for a fleet of laser powder bed fusion metal 3D printers. Manages engineers and technicians, printer qualification, metrology, fleet health monitoring, troubleshooting, statistical experimentation, process improvement, and lab operations. Partners with hardware, software, applications, manufacturing, and customers to improve print quality, consistency, and production efficiency. Oversees hiring, training, performance management, qualification reports, root-cause investigations, SOPs, and resource planning.

Leads accounting operations, financial close, technical accounting, SOX/ICFR, SEC reporting, external audits, transaction accounting, and process improvement. Partners with the Corporate Controller and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen controls, remediate deficiencies, improve accounting systems, support public-company reporting, and build a scalable controllership organization. Provides senior leadership, technical guidance, and coaching to accounting professionals.
