The role integrates Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams; leads cross-functional execution and performance reviews; develops scalable growth playbooks; manages acquisition budgets; and drives profitable growth in digital lending.

Design, develop, and optimize real-time embedded firmware for wireless, audio, hearable, and wearable products. Responsibilities include device driver development, RTOS integration, Bluetooth and WiFi stack integration, OTA updates, audio processing, low-power optimization, board bring-up, hardware-software integration, debugging, and root cause analysis. The role also involves working with ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V microcontrollers, embedded protocols, battery management, debugging tools, and leading SoC platforms.
