Serve as first-line NOC systems administrator supporting 24/7 operations: monitor and triage alerts, execute patching, diagnose/repair hardware, maintain Linux and Microsoft configurations, provide customer-facing technical support, and create/improve SOPs and runbooks.

Lead relationship-driven growth into USCYBERCOM and the cyber national security enterprise by leveraging operational credibility. Build stakeholder relationships, establish pilots scaling to multi-year programs, map solutions for classified environments, partner with primes, support RFIs/RFPs, develop technical outreach materials, represent the company at briefings/demos, and travel frequently to key cyber mission locations.

Engineer, deploy, secure, and maintain on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot networks and systems, automate repetitive tasks, improve monitoring and documentation, and own assigned systems while collaborating with DevOps, Network Engineering, and Security teams.

Lead cross-functional technical initiatives across internal product development and customer delivery. Manage Jira hygiene, project plans, risk communication, dependencies, releases, and stakeholder alignment. Translate business and customer needs into user stories, PRDs, and implementation plans while coordinating engineering, product, design, and delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Serve as the technical backbone for business development: engage customers, design tailored solution architectures, lead technical demos, support proposals and RFPs, gather product feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and BD teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.

Serve as first-line NOC systems administrator supporting 24/7 operations: monitor infrastructure, triage and mitigate incidents, execute patch cycles, diagnose/repair hardware, maintain Linux and Microsoft configurations, support customers, and create/update SOPs and runbooks.

Partner with program leadership and Program Managers to manage budgeting, forecasting, cost and revenue tracking, margin and profitability analysis, financial reporting, dashboards, and forward-looking program financial insights. Support monthly and program reviews, Estimate at Completion updates, workforce planning inputs, and improve tools and processes to increase visibility and financial discipline across operational programs.

Provide daily onsite system administration and technical support in a Linux-forward, mixed environment. Troubleshoot and maintain physical and virtual workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and internal platforms; administer Linux and Windows systems (Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell); act as onsite liaison to NOC and engineering; escalate complex issues and ensure systems remain operational during business hours.

Monitor endpoint and network activity, triage and investigate alerts, develop and tune detections and dashboards using query languages, conduct threat hunts, document incidents, and collaborate with security/IT teams to improve detection and response playbooks.

Operate and maintain 24/7 NOC infrastructure: monitor systems, triage and mitigate incidents, perform patching and hardware repairs, enforce configuration management, support customers, and create/maintain SOPs and runbooks.

Lead commercialization of Veilant's secure technology products by assessing product-market fit, conducting market research, defining positioning/pricing/packaging, building business cases, and developing go-to-market and launch plans in partnership with engineering, sales, and leadership.
