Perform manual and functional testing throughout the software development lifecycle. Create and execute test cases, identify and document defects, validate fixes, conduct regression testing, review test coverage, and test APIs and cloud integrations. Collaborate with developers and the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum workflows, maintain technical QA documentation, and evaluate cybersecurity-related product behavior. The role is fully remote within a lean product team developing a new software capability.

Build a frontend application from the ground up, establishing architecture, reusable components, responsive interfaces, API integrations, testing strategies, and development workflows. Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, AI specialists, and product leadership. Use GitHub, AWS, CI/CD, automation, Agile/Scrum, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver maintainable production software and improve engineering efficiency.

Supports the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including NDAs, subcontracts, modifications, deliverables, funding, deadlines, proposal documentation, compliance reviews, contract files, reporting, and closeouts. Partners with Finance, Business Development, Program Management, Security, and Contracts teams to maintain accurate, audit-ready records and resolve contractual issues. The role requires familiarity with FAR, DFARS, government contract types, and U.S. federal contracting activities.

Drive business growth within USCYBERCOM and the broader cyber national security enterprise. Build trusted relationships with cyber mission stakeholders, map technical solutions to classified operational needs, develop pilots into larger programs, engage primes and industry partners, lead proposals and technical outreach, support capture strategies, and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline. Frequent travel to cyber mission hubs is required.

Lead accounting operations for a federal government contracting subsidiary, overseeing general ledger, financial close, reporting, cost accounting, indirect cost allocations, billing, internal controls, and DCAA audit readiness. The Controller will ensure GAAP compliance, optimize Deltek Costpoint, strengthen accounting processes, support government contract compliance, provide executive financial insights, and lead and mentor the accounting team.
