Provide hands-on, onsite system administration and technical support in a Linux-forward, mixed Linux/Windows environment. Troubleshoot workstations, virtual environments, printers, VoIP phones, and enterprise platforms; act as onsite liaison to NOC and engineering; escalate complex issues and ensure reliable daily operations during business hours.

Lead relationship-driven growth into USCYBERCOM and the cyber national security enterprise by building trusted stakeholder relationships, mapping Veilant solutions to classified operational needs, establishing pilots that scale into multi-year programs, engaging primes and partners, supporting RFIs/RFPs, and representing the company at briefings and demos.

Monitor endpoint and network activity, triage and investigate alerts, tune and develop detections, conduct threat hunts using MITRE ATT&CK, document incidents, build dashboards, and collaborate with IT and engineering to support investigations and improve playbooks and response workflows.

Serve as first-line NOC Systems Administrator supporting 24/7 monitoring and incident triage. Own monitoring tools, reduce alert noise, patch servers, repair hardware, maintain Linux and Microsoft configurations, provide customer-facing technical support, and create/improve SOPs and runbooks using tools like Zabbix, Splunk, and Confluence.

Lead cross-functional technical initiatives across internal product development and customer delivery. Coordinate project plans, maintain Jira hygiene, translate requirements into user stories, manage dependencies, track risks and releases, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and deployment readiness.

Support administration of DoD contracts across award-to-closeout. Maintain contract files, track deliverables and modifications, coordinate with program, finance, and operations, and learn FAR/DFARS compliance and contract types (FFP, IDIQ, Task Orders). Develop contract setup, reporting, and documentation practices while building stakeholder relationships and growing into a contracts management role.

Partner with Program Managers and operational leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cost tracking, margin analysis, and program financial reporting. Build dashboards, identify risks and opportunities, support monthly reviews, update Estimates at Completion, and improve processes to provide forward-looking financial insight for program performance and decision making.

Build, deploy, and operate full-stack applications using Java and Angular. Maintain legacy C#/Azure systems initially, then develop modern services, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Support production operations, incident response, monitoring, and reliability in mission-critical environments.

Operate as first-line NOC systems administrator supporting 24/7 infrastructure: monitor and triage alerts, execute patch cycles, diagnose/repair hardware, maintain Linux and Microsoft configurations, provide customer-facing support, and create/improve SOPs and runbooks.

Deliver hands-on technical training and advisory support for U.S. government, DoD, and intelligence customers on digital exposure, UTS threat vectors, secure communications, device and network risk. Develop and refine curricula, labs, student/instructor guides, support practical exercises, after-action reviews, and mission-focused course improvements. Partner with SMEs across cybersecurity, EW, ISR, and IT, and support CONUS/OCONUS training events with ~10-25% travel.
