Lead end-to-end RMF accreditation for in-scope systems: author SSPs, build ATO packages, assemble evidence, run continuous monitoring, advise engineering and mission teams on security requirements, drive remediation, and serve as primary liaison to government authorizing officials.

Operate and maintain 24/7 NOC infrastructure: monitor systems, triage and mitigate incidents, perform patching and hardware repairs, enforce configuration management, support customers, and create/maintain SOPs and runbooks.

Drive growth across USCYBERCOM and the broader cyber national security enterprise by leveraging trusted relationships and technical credibility. Analyze mission needs in classified environments, map solutions to customer challenges, develop strategic outreach materials, support RFI and RFP responses, engage primes and industry partners, shape capture strategies, and build pilot engagements into multi-year programs. Frequent travel to cyber mission hubs is required.

Review and secure application releases by analyzing source code, validating vulnerabilities, producing proof-of-concept exploits, threat modeling, improving DevSecOps pipelines (SAST/DAST/SCA/IaC), securing container runtimes, and producing clear remediation reports for engineers and executives.

Senior hands-on systems engineer responsible for designing, deploying, securing, and maintaining Linux-heavy infrastructure across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot networks, virtualization, and security boundaries; automate repetitive tasks; improve monitoring and documentation; and take ownership of systems while collaborating with DevOps, Network Engineering, and Security Operations.

Provide daily onsite system administration and technical support for a mixed Linux/Windows environment. Troubleshoot workstations, virtual environments, printers, VoIP phones, and customer platforms; act as onsite liaison to NOC and engineering; escalate complex issues and maintain operational readiness during business hours.

Serve as finance partner to program leadership and Program Managers to support budgeting, forecasting, cost/revenue tracking, margin and profitability analysis, dashboards, and forward-looking program financial insight. Monitor actuals vs. forecasts, support monthly reviews, Estimate at Completion updates, and work across Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and Operations to surface risks and improve processes for program financial health.

Serve as a senior HR generalist partnering with the CHRO and leaders to own onboarding, employee relations investigations, manager coaching, compliance for government contracts, HR metrics and reporting, benefits/open enrollment, and policy communications to improve engagement and audit readiness.
