Leads Vehlo’s financial operations, reporting, accounting compliance, financial systems, audit and tax relationships, M&A integration, and financial planning. The Controller advises private equity owners, executives, and the board; oversees financial statements, cash flow, billing, collections, accounts payable, ERP optimization, and KPI reporting. This role also manages and develops the accounting team while supporting acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration, lender communications, and strategic decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Manage and grow relationships with shop owners and stakeholders to drive product adoption and retention. Monitor customer health, deliver training and webinars, surface customer needs internally, coordinate escalations and onboarding handoffs, and develop customer references with Marketing.

Analyzes dealership operations, optimizes software workflows, delivers platform training, monitors performance metrics, and provides data-driven recommendations. The consultant manages large dealership groups, conducts performance reviews, builds executive-level relationships, shares customer insights with Product and Customer Success teams, and supports platform adoption and ROI. The role requires approximately 40–50% travel, including local and out-of-market onsite consulting.
