Own Vegapay’s organization-wide information security strategy, architecture, compliance, threat detection, incident response, and security automation. Build and lead the security team, strengthen identity and endpoint security, integrate DevSecOps across infrastructure and applications, and manage AWS security, vulnerability management, audits, regulators, and enterprise stakeholders. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership in a regulated fintech environment.

Own production reliability for fintech credit, UPI, ledgering, and reconciliation systems. Debug complex issues across services, APIs, and data layers; manage incidents within SLAs; lead root-cause analyses; monitor systems; create runbooks; and drive permanent fixes with engineering teams. The role also supports product launches and communicates directly with banking and B2B partners.

Serve as the first in-house legal hire, advising founders and teams on commercial contracts, fintech regulations, corporate matters, fundraising, product launches, partnerships, risk mitigation, disputes, and governance. Build legal processes, templates, contract lifecycle practices, and automation while coordinating with external counsel and supporting compliance with RBI, payment, and data privacy requirements.

Develop and optimize responsive web applications using React JS. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver fintech product features.
