We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and exposure to both fintech and traditional banking environments. The ideal candidate brings structured product thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the digital lending lifecycle.
You will own product strategy and execution for key LOS modules in a SaaS environment serving banks and NBFCs, building scalable, configurable solutions that power next-generation lending infrastructure.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and optimization
- Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Translate complex banking and fintech workflows into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Build scalable, configurable LOS modules aligned with SaaS best practices
- Work closely with partner banks and NBFCs to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive product adoption, usability, and performance through continuous iteration and feedback loops
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (including RBI guidelines) across product design and execution
- Use data and customer insights to drive product decisions and improvements
The Perfect Fit
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Hands-on exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (Retail / SME / Digital lending)
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech lenders
- Ability to translate complex financial workflows into scalable product solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Structured thinking with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
