Build and maintain Veezu’s data platform using Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI. Lead the offshore WFM partner, validate forecasts, manage vendor performance, provide operational reporting, identify staffing risks, and drive continuous improvement. Support acquisitions and integrations while maintaining compliance with GDPR, information security, health and safety, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Administers private hire bookings from start to finish through accurate data entry, inbound and outbound calls, email, and booking portals. Provides account-holder and driver support, monitors dispatch systems, updates public-sector portals, resolves booking issues, and maintains compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, service-level agreements, and information-security standards.

Administer private hire bookings for public and private sector account holders from start to finish. Responsibilities include high-volume data entry, inbound and outbound calls, email and portal management, booking quotes, dispatch monitoring, KPI and SLA tracking, stakeholder coordination, compliance, safeguarding, and information security. The role is based at the Sheffield hub and operates Monday through Saturday on afternoon and evening shifts.

Leads the Passenger Experience team and oversees end-to-end complaints handling, including complex investigations, escalations, fair resolutions, quality reviews, reporting, and trend analysis. The role drives process improvements, system optimization, passenger journey enhancements, and collaboration with operational teams.
