Provide end-to-end administration of private hire bookings including high-volume data entry, inbound/outbound calls, email and portal management, dispatch monitoring, KPI updates, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring GDPR, safeguarding, and ISO27001 compliance to deliver a seamless booking experience.

Manage FNOL and claims liaison with driver partners, insurers, witnesses and stakeholders; support fleet administration and on/off-hires; accurately record claims in Eclipse Proclaim; ensure compliance with MOJ, DPA, ABI, MIB, GDPR and ISO27001; provide high-quality customer service and report health & safety issues.

Use data to analyse city performance, develop and execute trading and pricing strategies, monitor KPIs, maintain tariffs, present insights, and support pricing builds with Data Science while ensuring ISO27001 information security standards.

Partner with business leaders to manage complex employee relations, implement HR strategies, support acquisitions and change, coach managers, analyse people metrics, ensure UK employment law compliance, and maintain ISO27001 information security standards. Role requires hands-on case management and cross-site travel to UK hubs.

Use data to define and execute city-level growth and pricing strategies. Monitor KPIs, maintain tariffs and pricing records, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Marketing, Legal), present insights to stakeholders, support pricing builds and testing, and uphold information security (ISO27001).
