Teams at Veezu

Build and maintain Veezu’s data platform using Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate databases and APIs, create dimensional data models, support semantic models, and implement data quality checks. Monitor production workloads, troubleshoot performance and refresh issues, and use Git, testing, and CI/CD for reliable deployments. The role also involves documentation, data lineage, information security compliance, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end workforce planning for contact centers, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, staffing optimization, intraday adjustments, and service-level performance. Lead the offshore WFM partner, validate forecasts, manage vendor performance, provide operational reporting, identify staffing risks, and drive continuous improvement. Support acquisitions and integrations while maintaining compliance with GDPR, information security, health and safety, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Manage vehicle claims support and driver partner relationships, including First Notice of Loss intake, liaison with drivers, insurers, witnesses, and other parties, fleet administration, vehicle hire coordination, database updates, customer service, regulatory compliance, and information security. The role requires accurate administration, clear communication, organization, deadline management, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
