Manage a portfolio of high-value national accounts across the UK, overseeing relationships, service delivery, SLA and KPI performance, retention, growth, contract compliance, CRM records, reporting, tenders, and customer onboarding. The role requires regular UK travel, collaboration with commercial and operational teams, and support for information security, safeguarding, and legal standards.

Provide end-to-end administration of private hire bookings including high-volume data entry, inbound/outbound calls, email and portal management, dispatch monitoring, KPI updates, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring GDPR, safeguarding, and ISO27001 compliance to deliver a seamless booking experience.

Manage FNOL and claims liaison with driver partners, insurers, witnesses and stakeholders; support fleet administration and on/off-hires; accurately record claims in Eclipse Proclaim; ensure compliance with MOJ, DPA, ABI, MIB, GDPR and ISO27001; provide high-quality customer service and report health & safety issues.
