Manage vehicle claims support and driver partner relationships, including First Notice of Loss intake, liaison with drivers, insurers, witnesses, and other parties, fleet administration, vehicle hire coordination, database updates, customer service, regulatory compliance, and information security. The role requires accurate administration, clear communication, organization, deadline management, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Administers private hire bookings from start to finish through accurate data entry, inbound and outbound calls, email, and booking portals. Provides account-holder and driver support, monitors dispatch systems, updates public-sector portals, resolves booking issues, and maintains compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, service-level agreements, and information-security standards.

Administer private hire bookings for public and private sector account holders from start to finish. Responsibilities include high-volume data entry, inbound and outbound calls, email and portal management, booking quotes, dispatch monitoring, KPI and SLA tracking, stakeholder coordination, compliance, safeguarding, and information security. The role is based at the Sheffield hub and operates Monday through Saturday on afternoon and evening shifts.
