Ensure partners execute high-quality deployments, including equipment setup, camera networks, activation, and end-user onboarding. Build repeatable channel processes in an entrepreneurial environment while collaborating with direct sales, marketing, and enablement teams.

Drive revenue growth through reseller channel management across EMEA. Identify, qualify, and onboard new resellers in retail security sectors, support partners in closing deals, build sales pipelines, execute channel strategies, contribute to pricing and partner programs, and track forecasts and performance. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills, fluency in English and French, and travel for reseller meetings and industry events.
