Analyze business operations systems, identify automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven workflows across order processing, contracts, licensing, and customer service. Own ERP-related digital initiatives, including migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and develop integrations between ERP, Salesforce, and connected systems. Improve data quality, deploy solutions internationally, support adoption and change management, and assist with peak-period operations. The role requires fluent German and English and occasional international travel.

Own global paid media performance and strategy across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels. Manage significant budgets, optimize campaigns against MQL, pipeline, revenue, CPL, CAC, conversion, and ROAS targets, and develop testing roadmaps. Partner with regional marketing teams to connect acquisition to revenue, forecast performance, manage agency partners, and expand channel capabilities.

Develop and maintain C++ reinforcement engineering components for ALLPLAN desktop applications. Collaborate with product teams to deliver features, conduct code reviews, debug issues, improve performance, write documentation and unit tests, and support continuous process improvement. The role requires clean, scalable code, software engineering principles, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent feature delivery. Knowledge of agile methods, software architecture, and computational geometry is advantageous.
