Develop and maintain mechanical BIM/VDC models, coordinate multidisciplinary systems, perform clash detection and resolution, and produce installation, prefabrication, and as-built drawings. Support project setup, document management, QA/QC, model reviews, constructability analysis, and field coordination. Collaborate with contractors, foremen, project managers, and remote teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure accurate, code-compliant deliverables.

Maintains digital models and project data, coordinates teams and subcontractors, tracks schedules and budgets, prepares documentation, supports quality control and clash detection, participates in client meetings, and assists with proposals, estimates, scopes, contracts, and negotiations. The role also contributes to VDC process improvement and construction workflow optimization.

Leads VDC planning, coordination, and execution for construction projects. Oversees BIM integration, clash detection, constructability, digital model quality, budgets, schedules, reporting, and risk mitigation. Manages stakeholder and client communication, supports business development, mentors teams, and drives improvements in construction workflows. Requires AEC experience, BIM coordination leadership, expertise with Revit, Navisworks, and Construction Cloud, plus understanding of construction delivery methods and willingness to travel for site visits and client engagements.

Supports Virtual Design and Construction implementation, BIM coordination, project setup, subcontractor collaboration, digital model and data management, documentation, scheduling, quality control, and coordination meetings. The role works with multidisciplinary project teams to improve construction workflows and delivery while maintaining project timelines, budgets, resources, and specifications.

Leads project administration operations, billing integrity reviews, ERP migration support, SOP and workflow ownership, contract and commercial documentation, and performance management for a seven-person team. The role identifies billing gaps, improves processes, trains staff on ERP workflows, coordinates with project managers and accounting, tracks contracts and change orders, and ensures compliance documentation is complete. It serves as the functional operations voice during ERP implementation while maintaining accountability for data accuracy, billing processes, and administrative standards.

Manage BIM/VDC setup, QA/QC, and client services for electrical trade. Oversee project startup, document management, clash review, modeling support, team coordination, and site visits. Support PMs on pricing/changes, develop tools, and ensure constructible solutions and model accuracy.
