Coordinates hiring managers, interviews, offers, new-hire equipment, training, and orientation across multiple time zones and states. Requires strong HR, labor law, systems, communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.

The Project Administrator supports construction project setup, contract review, billing, invoicing, change orders, compliance documentation, financial tracking, reporting, and client communication. The role maintains accurate project records across Kantata, financial systems, Google Drive, and ClickUp; reviews time entries; follows up on receivables; coordinates site visits and meetings; and supports Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain mechanical BIM/VDC models, coordinate multidisciplinary systems, perform clash detection and resolution, and produce installation, prefabrication, and as-built drawings. Support project setup, document management, QA/QC, model reviews, constructability analysis, and field coordination. Collaborate with contractors, foremen, project managers, and remote teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure accurate, code-compliant deliverables.

Manage BIM/VDC setup, QA/QC, and client services for electrical trade. Oversee project startup, document management, clash review, modeling support, team coordination, and site visits. Support PMs on pricing/changes, develop tools, and ensure constructible solutions and model accuracy.
