Teams at VEC

Lead BIM/VDC setup, QA/QC, and client services for electrical scope. Manage project start-up, document control, clash review, modeling support, site visits, and remote teams. Coordinate with trades, produce QA/QC lists, review installation drawings, and ensure constructible solutions and accurate BIM deliverables.

Lead VDC/BIM electrical efforts from kickoff through closeout: manage electrical model development, QA/QC, clash detection, prefabrication, estimating, change management, site validation, client coordination, and mentor BIM specialists. Drive coordination with other trades, prepare installation and spool drawings, and support business development and proposals.

Owns end-to-end 4D/5D client engagements: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships. Validates scope, sets budgets and toolchains, governs delivery cadence and quality, leads stakeholder reviews, and mentors staff while managing engagement risk and profitability.
