Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP systems and Excel. Coordinate materials, labor, equipment, and capacity across production, purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments. Monitor progress, resolve constraints, communicate schedule changes, analyze production KPIs, and support continuous improvement. The role balances office-based planning with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor to help ensure on-time customer order completion and efficient resource utilization.

Lead and coordinate kit assembly workflows, assign work orders, balance workloads, support production deadlines, enforce quality standards, train and motivate team members, maintain organized workstations and equipment, and assist with kit assembly. Collaborate with department leads to ensure parts availability and consistently meet customer and company requirements.

Performs general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash-flow reporting, sales and use tax filings, inventory accounting, and audit support. The Accountant investigates discrepancies, maintains internal controls, collaborates with auditors and accounting partners, and recommends improvements to accounting processes and reporting.

Repair and refurbish vending machine parts, configure snack trays to orders, stock completed buckets, use small hand and power tools and a pallet jack, maintain a clean workspace, and sustain steady piece-rate production.
