Develop and maintain C++ embedded firmware for vending machines, integrating payment hardware, inventory systems, touchscreens, IoT modules, and microcontrollers. Implement MDB, DEX, UART, SPI, and I2C communications; optimize performance, memory, and power usage; maintain diagnostics and firmware updates; troubleshoot field issues; and support payment security compliance.

Performs general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash-flow reporting, sales and use tax filings, inventory accounting, and audit support. The Accountant investigates discrepancies, maintains internal controls, collaborates with auditors and accounting partners, and recommends improvements to accounting processes and reporting.
