Manage and grow the affiliate network focusing on CPS campaigns: onboard and activate media-buying publishers, optimize campaign performance for conversions and ROI, negotiate payouts, collaborate with advertiser and tech teams, reactivate dormant publishers, maintain CRM records, and monitor industry trends to drive publisher revenue.

Manage affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and relationships; provide tracking links and campaign details; monitor and optimize performance; handle reporting, reconciliation, and queries; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
