Lead the Affiliate Growth team, monitor key performance metrics such as EPC, conversion rate, traffic, and revenue, identify new growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, close performance gaps, and coordinate with advertiser growth, network operations, and technology teams. Present insights and recommendations to management while translating strategy into actionable execution plans.

Create marketing and branding assets across digital and offline channels: social creatives, web banners, email, presentations, event collateral; schedule/publish social content; collaborate with Content, SEO and Marketing; maintain brand consistency and asset library; manage multiple projects and propose engaging design concepts.

Identify, reach out to, onboard, and activate affiliate partners. Maintain CRM and Trackier records, monitor affiliate performance, coordinate campaign activation with internal teams, follow up with inactive affiliates, and meet acquisition and activation targets.
