Plan and execute QA activities across releases, creating test plans, scenarios, cases, and data. Perform functional, regression, integration, API, database, and end-to-end testing using Postman and SQL/PostgreSQL. Track defects, validate releases, analyze production issues, collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, improve QA processes and automation, and mentor junior QA staff.

Manage and grow coupon and cashback affiliate partnerships across domestic and global markets. Responsibilities include publisher acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, relationship management, commercial negotiations, campaign optimization, KPI monitoring, competitor analysis, issue resolution, CRM maintenance, and achieving publisher revenue targets. The role coordinates with sales, advertiser growth, operations, and technology teams while using affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.

Drive global advertiser acquisition, revenue growth, pipeline development, sales negotiations, and advertiser onboarding. Manage daily sales team performance, coach team members, monitor KPIs and follow-ups, resolve issues with internal teams, and provide market and competitor insights to management. The role requires strong affiliate and performance marketing knowledge, B2B sales experience, negotiation skills, and comfort working with global clients in a hybrid Gurgaon setting.
