Own Vay’s social media and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other channels. Develop the content calendar, voice, visual identity, and growth targets while personally shooting, editing, designing, and writing short-form content. The role includes on-site content creation with Vay’s Las Vegas vehicle fleet.

As a Senior Software Engineer in Connectivity, you will develop and optimize the networking systems for remote driving, focusing on performance and reliability.

Lead and evolve cybersecurity engineering for vehicle and remote-driving systems: define processes aligned to ISO standards, perform TARA and risk assessments, set security requirements, influence system architecture, design secure OTA and communication mechanisms, partner with Safety/Systems/Embedded teams, and build scalable security testing and validation practices across the product lifecycle.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Golang-based backend services, real-time APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to own fleet management, dispatch, payments, and platform reliability, driving CI/CD, monitoring, and event-driven architectures for high-availability systems.

Lead and scale Vay's frontline customer support as a core operational function: manage agents and claims, own support tooling and AI-driven automation, enforce SLAs and QA, surface product feedback to Product/Engineering, and drive process improvements and reporting across CSAT, NPS, and claims.

Lead and scale city fleet operations: design processes and shift plans, build KPIs and reporting, partner with engineering and external vendors, develop charging/repair/OEM/city partnerships, and manage a growing team of technicians and support engineers during multi-city expansion.

The Operational Safety Engineer will own and evolve the safety framework for remote driving operations, define safety KPIs, lead investigations, and ensure safety principles are integrated into operations.
