Teams at Vay

Own high-volume recruiting for Vay’s Operations teams, including remote and safety drivers, field support agents, and remote truck drivers. Build scalable candidate pipelines, partner with Operations leaders, use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes, and apply AI and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring. The role requires a solution-oriented, analytical, action-focused talent partner willing to work onsite in Las Vegas.

Own end-to-end analytics solutions for Vay’s operations and mobility teams, including SQL/dbt data modeling, BI dashboards, alerts, KPI definition, and actionable insights. Improve fleet readiness, maintenance, charging, vehicle positioning, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Partner with operational and product leaders, collaborate with Data Science, and build scalable data foundations using cloud warehouses and modern data tooling.

Handles inbound customer contacts by phone, email, and chat; resolves booking, billing, app, and vehicle-access issues; documents interactions in CRM systems; follows escalation procedures; meets support KPIs; and identifies recurring issues for process improvement. The role is onsite in Las Vegas and includes shift work and weekends.
