As VP, Legal you will lead and build Vay's legal function across the US and Europe, advise the CEO and board, manage corporate governance, fundraising, regulatory strategy for Remote Driving, commercial contracts, privacy (CCPA/GDPR), insurance and incident response, and hire/manage outside counsel and a growing in-house team while remaining a hands-on advisor and drafter.

The Operational Safety Engineer will own and evolve the safety framework for remote driving operations, define safety KPIs, lead investigations, and ensure safety principles are integrated into operations.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll design and maintain scalable Golang-based services, collaborate on cross-functional teams, and enhance fleet management solutions.
