Design, build, and maintain scalable Golang-based backend services, real-time APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, implement event-driven systems, ensure reliability via CI/CD and monitoring, and optimize databases and deployments to support fleet management, dispatch, payments, and mobile integrations.

As VP, Legal you will lead and build Vay's legal function across the US and Europe, advise the CEO and board, manage corporate governance, fundraising, regulatory strategy for Remote Driving, commercial contracts, privacy (CCPA/GDPR), insurance and incident response, and hire/manage outside counsel and a growing in-house team while remaining a hands-on advisor and drafter.

The Operational Safety Engineer will own and evolve the safety framework for remote driving operations, define safety KPIs, lead investigations, and ensure safety principles are integrated into operations.
