Leads the thermal control systems manufacturing engineering team for spacecraft hardware. Owns manufacturing development, production readiness, build execution, schedules, work instructions, inspection plans, process qualification, and nonconformance resolution. Partners with design, quality, supply chain, technicians, and integration teams to manufacture pumps, fluid loops, coldplates, heaters, and tubing. Mentors engineers, supports hiring, drives design for manufacturability, supplier readiness, root-cause corrective actions, and successful hardware integration.

Lead design and reliability reviews for human-rated space station systems. Oversee qualification and test completeness, assess design and operational changes, develop engineering standards and review frameworks, track design maturity and compliance, build risk-analysis tools, and collaborate across configuration management, software, manufacturing, integration, and test teams to improve system reliability.

Supports manufacturing development, assembly, inspection, integration, and troubleshooting of thermal control system hardware for human-rated space stations. Creates work instructions and inspection plans, works directly with shop-floor technicians, resolves manufacturing issues, supports nonconformance investigations and corrective actions, provides design-for-manufacturing feedback, and performs or supports specialized fluid-system processes including welding, brazing, tube bending, cleaning, leak testing, and pressure testing.
