Own build reliability for flight avionics hardware across its lifecycle. Lead readiness criteria, manufacturing process maturation, quality reviews, risk retirement, root-cause investigations, containment, corrective actions, cost reduction, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and mission assurance. Analyze build data, improve process controls, support mission-critical events, and mentor teams while ensuring reliable production and flight readiness for human-rated space station systems.

Designs, builds, commissions, and troubleshoots automated avionics test systems for human-rated space stations. Develops component and system test cases, validates results, leads design reviews, documents systems, and supports operator handover. The role also contributes to automated test framework architecture, Hardware-in-the-Loop interfaces, and team-wide debugging and coaching. It requires collaboration with responsible engineers and subject matter experts across spacecraft development.

Coordinates component movement and material delivery across purchasing, receiving, inventory, outside processing, and manufacturing work centers. Maintains production flow, system data, schedules, reports, and shortage tracking while collaborating with supply chain, engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing, schedulers, and managers. Escalates part shortages, purchase order delays, BOM discrepancies, and other blockers. This is a full-time second-shift role supporting critical manufacturing milestones.
