Teams at VAST Data

Lead VAST Data’s global events portfolio, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and the Forward customer conference. Own event strategy and end-to-end execution across content, speakers, vendors, production, registration, logistics, budgets, and onsite operations. Partner with sales, marketing, product, executives, and customer advocacy to deliver measurable business results. Manage complex stakeholders, suppliers, timelines, and post-event improvements while building scalable event processes. Travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.

Provides post-sales technical support for enterprise storage customers, resolving and escalating issues, managing technical operations, and supporting installations, upgrades, break-fix work, and expansions. Builds customer relationships, manages bugs and feature requests, supports account teams, and meets SLAs and KPIs. Requires expertise in storage, networking, Linux administration, file systems, scale-out NAS, Bash scripting, and customer-facing technical operations.

Drives revenue for VAST Data’s federal cloud offering by prospecting enterprise accounts, managing channel partners and sales cycles, presenting proposals, closing business, and expanding customer relationships. The role requires quota achievement, territory development, account expansion, business and technical customer engagement, and knowledge of storage technologies including NFS and object storage. Candidates need at least seven years of direct enterprise sales experience and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
