Provides internal sales support for Varsity Performing Arts by managing customer orders from submission through shipment. Coordinates with Sales, Design, Product Development, Production, Sourcing, Shipping, and Customer Service; communicates order status and timelines; resolves issues; supports customer satisfaction; and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Manages sales and use tax operations, including exemption certificates, tax inquiries, disputes, business-license compliance, customer tax adjustments, and reporting. Reviews tax documentation, researches jurisdictional requirements, resolves escalated issues, monitors workflows for compliance risks, and recommends process improvements. Provides guidance and training to Tax Specialists and partners with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Sales, Distribution, and Operations. The role is hybrid in Farmers Branch, Texas, with minimal occasional travel.

Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals, build customer and university partnerships, strengthen state association relationships, promote camps and competitions, recruit staff, and support training and educational programming. The role manages customer relationships, conducts market analysis, coordinates events and camp locations, maintains CRM information, and travels regularly throughout the Northeast territory for meetings, conferences, and championships.
