Perform FP&A activities including month-end close, capex requests, vendor setup/invoice processing, expense analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and build dashboards/reports using Power BI, Excel and Anaplan while leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and document process flows.

Lead full‑stack technical design and delivery: architect and build front-end and back-end systems (UI/UX, application logic, data layer), design relational schemas, implement with Angular/TypeScript, Java, Node.js and AWS services, leverage AI-assisted development responsibly, ensure security/quality (OWASP), mentor peers, and own handoff and continuous improvement.

Lead strategy and execution to grow and service a national network of dance studios. Drive sales of CLI products, plan in-person events and workshops, manage the Studio Partnership team, report performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally. Role requires travel and close work with executive leadership.
