Create and execute content and marketing campaigns for CLI Conservatory (online and in-person). Write copy, develop creative briefs, manage social strategies, schedule and publish across platforms, coordinate content production (photoshoots, interviews), engage communities, support seasonal campaigns, and track/report performance metrics to drive audience growth and engagement.

Sources and qualifies candidates for assigned specialty areas, builds talent pipelines, conducts market mapping, engages passive talent, and supports recruiting surges across the business. Maintains ATS/CRM records, posts requisitions, tracks sourcing metrics, supports recruiting events, and ensures compliance with employment laws and OFCCP/EEO requirements. Partners with senior recruiters, talent advisors, HR, and hiring teams while contributing to sourcing process improvements.

Manage customer orders from processing through fulfillment, respond to internal sales inquiries, coordinate with departments, and support traveling sales representatives. Maintain customer relationships by resolving questions professionally, monitor order systems and delivery channels, identify process improvements, and assist with special projects and cross-training. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
