Varsity Brands Benefits Overview

Serve as the primary product representative for an assigned channel (Club, Collegiate, or Institutional). Conduct customer discovery, maintain channel roadmaps and backlogs, prioritize initiatives, partner with portfolio product owners and cross-functional teams, support discovery through launch and adoption, track analytics and product performance, and drive continuous improvement while building product ownership skills under senior guidance.

Lead a warehouse team (~10) to ensure safe operations, inventory and order accuracy, on-time garment delivery, and continuous improvement using LEAN/GEMBA principles. Coach team members, collaborate cross-functionally, manage shifting priorities, and use Microsoft Office (Excel) and warehouse systems (SAP).

Lead product costing, inventory valuation, margin and variance analysis; prepare monthly cost and margin reports; support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and SOX controls; develop financial models for pricing and profitability; identify cost-reduction opportunities and partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
