Manage full-cycle recruiting for Variety Care and NorthCare including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, ATS maintenance, hiring manager partnership, event recruitment, and onboarding support while promoting employer brand and supporting People and Culture initiatives.

Supervise and provide clinical leadership for an outpatient treatment team delivering behavioral health services. Responsibilities include staff training and evaluation, ensuring documentation quality and compliance, providing clinical services (intakes, therapy, crisis counseling), participating in quality assurance, maintaining licensure and mandatory trainings, and managing local travel and administrative duties.

Supervise and provide clinical leadership for an outpatient treatment team delivering behavioral health services. Oversee staff training, documentation quality, credentialing, productivity, and performance evaluations. Provide clinical services (intakes, therapy, crisis counseling, care coordination), maintain records, ensure compliance with licensure and agency requirements, complete required trainings, and support quality assurance activities.
