Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders for adults, children, and families. Perform psychiatric evaluations, document differential diagnoses, manage medication and treatment plans, arrange hospitalizations, provide crisis on-call services, consult with care teams and agencies, supervise APPs and students, deliver telehealth services, and complete required EMR documentation.

Provide Epic EHR application support, training, and coaching across health centers. Design and deliver curricula, create training materials and environments, assist with workflows, testing, error queues, and end-user support while building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Variety Care and NorthCare including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, ATS maintenance, hiring manager partnership, event recruitment, and onboarding support while promoting employer brand and supporting People and Culture initiatives.
