Manages service performance, escalations, incident resolution, technical processes, assets, infrastructure projects, upgrades, and operational transitions across distributed locations. Develops staff, evaluates technology solutions, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures reliable, secure, and responsive technology services.

Manages high-volume, full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offers, background checks, and onboarding. Partners with hiring managers, maintains ATS records, posts jobs through Paycom, coordinates interviews, supports recruiting events, and advises on hiring practices. The role also supports People and Culture initiatives, compliance documentation, and healthcare workforce goals.
