Own interview scheduling, ATS records, on-site hosting, IT provisioning coordination, SOP creation, vendor negotiations, and small office improvements to scale workplace and recruiting experiences.

Build and run a company-wide incident and escalation program: define severity models, design incident command, stand up tooling and on-call rotation, own customer communication and RCAs, run blameless postmortems, govern credits, track metrics, and partner cross-functionally to protect revenue and drive engineering prioritization.

As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will learn the Vapi stack, conduct demos, and manage multi-stakeholder deals for mid-market companies adopting voice automation.
