Own Vapi’s candidate-facing recruiting programs, including employer brand, careers content, technical events, referrals, university recruiting, and talent community development. Build programs from scratch, establish metrics, partner with Recruiting and Marketing, run events and campaigns, produce written content, and create a 12-month roadmap to improve sourcing, referrals, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance.

Owns full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles at a rapidly scaling AI company. Responsibilities include sourcing, pipeline development, candidate management, offer negotiation, hiring-manager partnership, interview and scorecard refinement, market intelligence, and improving recruiting processes and candidate experience. The recruiter will help build Vapi’s Talent Acquisition function, advise engineering leaders, and consistently deliver high-quality engineering hires.

Lead GTM systems and automations for revenue operations: manage Salesforce and RevTech stack, design workflows and integrations, build analytics and reporting, and operationalize end-to-end revenue processes to scale pipeline management and forecasting.
