Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Develop sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, partner with executives and hiring managers, improve structured interviews, support offer strategy, track recruiting metrics, strengthen employer branding, and mentor junior recruiters or coordinate agencies. The role focuses on scaling a high-growth AI startup’s revenue organization.

Supports Revenue Operations across data quality, GTM systems, project management, enablement, and analytics. Validates account and opportunity data, troubleshoots systems, configures users, streamlines go-to-market processes, develops onboarding and sales enablement materials, and builds reports on pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts.

Founding senior individual contributor to recruit, sign, and activate solutions partners (SIs, consultancies, CX agencies). Build partner-sourced pipeline, define partner program and economics, enable co-sell motions, onboard and certify partners, and report channel metrics while iterating playbooks with Sales, SEs, Product, and leadership.
