How Vantor’s People Are Driving Its Transformation

When Chief HR Officer Anat Gan Eden thinks of “growth,” she considers more than standard metrics like revenue and market share. “Sustainable growth is really the outcome of three things working in harmony: a resilient culture, a strong leadership pipeline and a workforce that can adapt at speed,” she said. Her employer, spatial intelligence technology company Vantor, is operating on all of those cylinders — and more. Fresh on the heels of an exciting rebrand, Vantor is ready to lead as an end-to-end spatial intelligence company and double down on the factors that will help it reach its next phase of growth.

The company’s hiring goals are focused less on volume and more on critical capabilities that align with business needs. So, while some teams may only welcome one or two new team members in the near future, each new addition will play a critical role in driving growth.

a major difference-maker

Another difference-maker for Vantor this year? It reached full operational capability on all six of its WorldView Legion satellites. The fifth and sixth satellites launched in February 2025, representing a huge increase in high-resolution imagery capacity and a “new era” in the geospatial industry. Now that all six satellites are fully operational, the constellation can collect more than 6 million square kilometers of Earth imagery per day.

In early October 2025, Vantor rebranded from Maxar Technologies — reflecting a years-long transformation of the business — and announced a new product: Tensorglobe, a spatial intelligence platform that renders a living 3D globe to help organizations automate the intelligence cycle.
