Owns general ledger accounting and month-end close for a manufacturing facility, including labor journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, cash book management, and audit support. Provides FP&A variance analysis and reporting assistance while supporting standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory counts. The role also strengthens close processes and internal controls while working onsite with operations and plant personnel.

Leads a team of automation engineers and technicians, providing hands-on expertise in robotics, PLCs, machine vision, fixturing, and material handling. Owns automation capital planning, ROI analysis, vendor and integrator relationships, process assessments, and automation solution development across manufacturing sites.
