Owns general ledger accounting and month-end close for a manufacturing facility, including labor journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, cash book management, and audit support. Provides FP&A variance analysis and reporting assistance while supporting standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory counts. The role also strengthens close processes and internal controls while working onsite with operations and plant personnel.

Supports full-cycle recruiting administration, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, requisition management, recruiting events, hiring manager coordination, offer follow-up, and new-hire orientation preparation. Maintains accurate recruitment records and helps ensure consistent, timely hiring processes while supporting other HR functions as needed.

Leads the Quality Engineering team for machining, sheet metal, and electro-mechanical manufacturing. Oversees quality planning, validation, investigations, CAPA, MRB support, process capability, inspection systems, supplier quality, audits, and continual improvement. Coaches engineers, manages quality metrics, supports new product introduction and manufacturing transfers, and ensures compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 820, customer, and regulatory requirements.
