Lead facility-wide lean transformation by planning and facilitating kaizen events, training and mentoring staff, implementing VOS/lean tools, tracking KPIs and cost savings, and supporting new product introductions and process improvements to drive quality, flow, and sustained operational gains.

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing tasks: process vendor invoices and payments, record customer payments, prepare invoices, assist reconciliations, month-end close, basic journal entries, audit preparation, and general accounting file maintenance.

Lead process development and continuous improvement for large-format steel and medical device manufacturing. Develop tooling/fixtures, implement lean methods, perform root cause analysis, manage CAPAs, create standard work and validation protocols, support new product launches, quote new business, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, cost, delivery and safety.
