Leads critical facilities operations for a data center, overseeing electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, monitoring, maintenance, reliability, incident response, contractor performance, projects, budgets, compliance, and risk mitigation. Manages and develops Critical Facilities Technicians, serves as the technical escalation point during critical events, drives preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and improves operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability. Fluency in Polish and English is required, along with participation in on-call rotations.

Provides executive and administrative support to APAC leaders, including calendar, correspondence, meeting, travel, expense, and confidential records management. Oversees Sydney office operations, access, supplies, facilities coordination, vendors, contracts, and workplace compliance. Supports company events, town halls, cross-functional initiatives, and stakeholder communication across multiple time zones.

Supervise North American accounts payable operations and lead a team of AP specialists. Oversee invoice processing, payment cycles, vendor inquiries, expense reimbursements, approvals, and exception resolution. Monitor productivity and service levels, coach and develop employees, support month-end close and reporting, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and business teams. Identify process improvements, assist with system enhancements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Leads country-level People and Culture activities across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. Provides senior stakeholder advice, employment-law expertise, employee-relations oversight, policy development, compliance management, compensation reporting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and people metrics reporting. Partners with regional Employee Relations, Learning and Development, shared services, and analytics teams while promoting culturally sensitive, legally compliant, and high-performance workplace practices.

Leads APAC finance and accounting across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing reporting, close processes, audits, tax, treasury, financing, controls, compliance, M&A integration, and process transformation. Advises senior leaders, investors, lenders, auditors, and regulators while building and developing a high-performing regional finance organization. Supports business expansion, capital deployment, governance, and operational excellence across the APAC portfolio.

Leads mechanical engineering strategy and technical direction for North American hyperscale data center projects. Reviews designs, submittals, and changes; supports commissioning and operational readiness; collaborates across engineering, architecture, operations, and innovation teams; mentors engineers; represents mechanical engineering in strategic and customer engagements; improves design standards; and conducts root cause and forensic analyses of operational issues.

Leads APAC data center development opportunities from site identification through land acquisition and execution readiness. Oversees technical and commercial due diligence, feasibility, utility strategy, permitting, risk management, governance, investment approvals, and portfolio reporting. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, landowners, utilities, regulators, and other stakeholders while preparing business cases and investment recommendations for executive leadership. Provides oversight of budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, and development pipeline performance.

Analyzes operational performance across business functions, identifies trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and provides actionable recommendations to leadership. Supports strategic decision-making, governance, performance reviews, business cases, continuous improvement, and process transformation. Prepares executive summaries and briefings, monitors program health, conducts root-cause analysis, tracks improvement outcomes, and partners with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.

Leads community engagement and local external affairs strategy across Wisconsin and the Central Region. Builds relationships with officials, community leaders, workforce partners, educational institutions, nonprofits, and business groups. Monitors community sentiment, advises leadership, manages stakeholder and reputational risks, supports permitting and project development, and advances workforce development and community investment initiatives. Serves as Vantage’s primary community representative and strategic advisor while collaborating with public policy, construction, operations, sustainability, marketing, and people teams.

Own and improve Product Operations systems, including document publishing, governance forums, operating rhythms, onboarding, communications, and digital workplace workflows. Build and implement AI-enabled automation using Microsoft tools to reduce administrative effort, improve information flow, and increase organizational capacity. Partner across globally distributed teams, support senior leaders, measure adoption and effectiveness, and continuously redesign processes into scalable self-service practices.

Owns the global product performance benchmarking capability for data center infrastructure. Defines methodologies, baselines, KPIs, WBS/CBS structures, regional factors, confidence ranges, and refresh governance spanning cost, schedule, sustainability, and operational performance. Partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Sustainability, Analytics, consultants, and senior leaders to ensure benchmark outputs support RFPs, business cases, pricing, customer discussions, product decisions, and executive reporting.

Lead strategic customer experience operations for key accounts, including customer requests, business reviews, notifications, access requests, ticket queues, documentation, reporting, and billing coordination. Drive scalable process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and customer communications while partnering with Technical Account Managers and teams across Sales, Real Estate, Operations, Construction, Engineering, and Accounting. Support customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the data center industry.

Own and maintain governed cost, schedule, benchmark, and project-performance datasets for global data center products. Build data models, validation routines, reconciliation processes, metadata structures, variance analyses, and Power BI dashboards. Partner with product, engineering, procurement, construction, developers, and IT teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, support techno-economic analysis, and provide trusted insights for product and infrastructure decisions.

Supports the Customer Experience team by coordinating customer requests, meetings, notifications, access workflows, tickets, audits, and business reviews. Leads process improvement, operational reporting, documentation, and cross-functional communication with Sales, Real Estate, Operations, Construction, Engineering, billing, and accounting teams. Partners with Technical Account Managers to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and operational efficiency.

Plans and tracks preventive, corrective, and critical maintenance activities across data centers using CMMS. Maintains real-time work-order updates, reviews schedules and change records, analyzes maintenance resources, supports electronic records implementation, and produces monthly power and cooling capacity reports. Reviews equipment efficiency, assists with failure prediction, and supports site operations and incident response. The role requires facilities maintenance expertise, shift availability, emergency response readiness, and coordination with vendors, customers, contractors, and technical teams.

Leads Customer Experience Operations and Service Delivery across Vantage’s hyperscale customer portfolio. Owns the CE operating model, ServiceNow service desk and customer portal strategy, dashboards, KPI governance, customer health reporting, workflow automation, escalation processes, and executive visibility. Establishes scalable governance, standardizes cross-functional workflows, improves service quality, and coordinates strategic account initiatives across Sales, Operations, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Construction, and Engineering. Supports customer lifecycle activities from onboarding through renewals and expansion.

Supports procurement of data center equipment by managing vendor records, specifications, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, inventory, invoices, budgets, and delivery schedules. Coordinates with vendors, engineering, finance, construction, operations, compliance, and safety teams. Assists with sourcing, quote and change order analysis, vendor onboarding, factory testing, quality improvement, commissioning, project closeout, and process improvement. Travel to factories for testing, audits, and vendor onboarding is required, with occasional travel to data center sites.

Manages uninterrupted 24/7/365 operation of a Tier III data center campus, overseeing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, maintenance, repairs, commissioning, testing, safety, budgets, CMMS programs, contractors, and technical procedures. Leads facility specialists and technicians, coordinates customer interactions, maintains reliability and compliance programs, and develops staff training and operational documentation.

Leads North American strategic sales initiatives, supports pursuit strategy for hyperscale and enterprise customers, builds executive relationships, enables account teams, improves forecasting and quota attainment, and collaborates across engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal. Provides sales leadership, mentorship, and governance while identifying markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities. The role is remote in the US and requires travel up to 50%.

Lead global energy systems strategy and product roadmap for Vantage, defining scalable energy architectures, partnerships, and deployment models across generation, storage, grid integration, and market participation to enable repeatable platform capabilities.
