Serves as the mechanical engineering authority for customer discussions, operational facilities, failure investigations, emergency events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads North American solutions engineering for data center customers, supporting pre-sales engagements, site surveys, RFPs, technical presentations, and customized designs for space, power, cooling, connectivity, and infrastructure. Manages technical documentation, pricing validation, commercial coordination, customer handoffs, market insights, and engineering team leadership. Requires expertise in high-density data centers, AI/HPC, liquid cooling, electrical systems, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Manage commercial real estate site selection and acquisition transactions across APAC from initial scouting through closing. Responsibilities include due diligence, transaction tracking, LOI preparation, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, site studies, permitting, incentives, valuations, reporting, and closing support. The role requires managing complex transactions, dashboards, consultants, legal documentation, and multiple projects while coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies.

Supports utility billing data infrastructure across North American data centers. Responsibilities include database development, SQL analysis, data pipeline monitoring, meter-data validation, reconciliation, automation, billing support, building onboarding, and root-cause investigation. Leads enterprise-level, multi-domain technical programs across EMEA Operations. Establishes program architecture, sequencing, governance, dependency alignment, and risk mitigation for complex infrastructure initiatives. Advises senior operational and technical leaders on tradeoffs, readiness, and execution strategy; resolves cross-program conflicts; presents executive updates; and improves TPM standards while mentoring program managers.

Own global category strategy and supplier ecosystem for data center cooling (air and liquid). Lead sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost modeling, and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable, reliable deployment of chillers, towers, CDUs, pumps, and related systems.

Manage the global enterprise CRM platform by gathering requirements, analyzing service requests, developing technology roadmaps, maintaining enhancement backlogs, and driving solution implementation. Partner with internal stakeholders, infrastructure teams, service desks, and third-party vendors to improve platform adoption, data quality, business processes, and employee experience. Conduct research, gap analyses, discovery workshops, prototypes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides remote and on-site first- and second-line IT support across global offices. Troubleshoots Windows and Apple devices, connectivity, software, hardware, accounts, and access issues; manages tickets in ServiceNow under ITIL processes; administers Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and Autopilot; maintains IT assets and documentation; supports executives, infrastructure teams, projects, and occasional site activities.

Provides remote and on-site first- and second-line IT support for global employees, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, account, and device-management issues. Manages ServiceNow tickets, IT assets, user accounts, Microsoft and Apple devices, endpoint compliance, AV equipment, and executive support. Travel of up to 40% is anticipated.
