Embed with Corporate Services (Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR) to discover, validate, and document high-impact AI use cases. Lead renewable energy and cleantech strategy across APAC, originating and negotiating PPAs and utility agreements. Develop behind-the-meter campus energy solutions (solar, wind, BESS, hydrogen, microgrids), manage grid and utility relations, and drive project delivery from development through commercial operation while aligning energy strategy with growth, sustainability and customer needs.

Lead monthly close activities including journal entries and reconciliations with emphasis on labor accruals, allocations, and capitalization. Support payroll recording, financial reporting, audit preparation, global allocation design, process documentation, automation, and special projects such as acquisitions and financing. Design, deploy, and support fault-tolerant data center IT infrastructure (networking, virtualization, servers) for new builds and existing sites. Coordinate with construction and operations, manage projects, handle incidents via ITIL processes, mentor staff, and support after-hours/on-call and emergency responses.

Lead and execute debt capital raising, interest rate risk management, and cash forecasting projects. Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards, manage due diligence and lender interactions, negotiate term sheets and loan documentation, and prepare analyses and presentations for executives and the board. Support post-closing lender coordination and monitor peer financing structures to optimize capital costs.

Manage and improve CMMS/ESM workflows and day-to-day tool operations, support site teams, administer user accounts and permissions, create training materials, handle data migration, analyze system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive CMMS process improvements and onboarding.

Lead and govern global IT change management lifecycle: intake, risk-based assessment, approvals, execution, validation, post-change review, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate across IT teams, vendors, MSPs, and regions to minimize service disruption, maintain audit-ready records, deliver training, and drive tooling and process automation opportunities to support high-availability and data center operations.

The Document Controller coordinates document management across Design Engineering and Construction projects, ensuring accessibility, compliance, and effective communication among teams and stakeholders.

Lead global strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs (including RSUs). Advise executives and Compensation Committee, build scalable region-specific reward frameworks across NA, EMEA, and APAC, run annual merit/bonus/equity cycles, partner with Finance and Legal, and lead the Total Rewards team to attract and retain technical and leadership talent during rapid global growth.
