Position DescriptionThe postholder is responsible for the direction, strategies, leadership, and account management of enterprise customers mainly in Hong Kong and Malaysia, including new leasing opportunities, renewals and contract negotiations for Vantage APAC.
Essential Job FunctionsLead the Enterprise Sales team for the account management of all enterprise customers including reselling partners in APAC, which includes:
Day to day point of contact with enterprise customer(s).
Manage the order process including new/ renewal/ ad-hoc orders.
Manage and work with internal stakeholders such as Operations and Project & Service Implementation team on the service proposal & delivery.
Provide support to the Finance AR team from the account management perspective.
Gather and share intelligence which will steer and drive Vantage’s business sustainability.
Lead/sponsor on RFPs & Build-to-Suit Opportunities in partnership with the Solutions Engineering team.
Continued efforts to generate additional business through market intelligence and information gathering.
Drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Challenge and drive the Vantage teams to deliver the best outcome for the customer while ensuring the best value for Vantage.
Establish strong relationship with the customers and reselling partners.
Coordinate account related activities across teams to resolve customer issues and drive betterment for the customer.
Represent the company at various industry, community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Act as a role model of the Vantage Way and Vantage Company Values.

In depth knowledge of, and demonstrable track record, in the data center or related sector with a firm knowledge of development, engineering, delivery, or sales.
Degree and postgraduate qualifications desirable, and/or equivalent (international) experience.
Self-motivated, self-starter with demonstrable experience of coordination and collaboration.
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and gain support from cross functional and geographically diverse stakeholders (internally and externally).
Outstanding negotiation management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong IT skills; ability to use multiple communication tools and packages.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical/operational.
Creative thinker and demonstrated ability to champion innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and simplify (for the benefit of the customer and internal stakeholders).
Flexible, adaptable and self-directed; able to work in a variety of circumstances, e.g.: remotely, while travelling, across multiple time zones, cross functionally, by project, etc.
This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel within APAC if needed.
