Originates, underwrites, negotiates, and closes complex commercial, SBA, equipment, residential, and consumer loans; analyzes financial statements and credit risk; manages loan portfolios and approvals within limits; coordinates loan processing, compliance (BSA, CIP, OFAC) and UCC filings; develops business deposit relationships, cross-sells bank products, leads and trains staff, and represents the bank in community and business development activities.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of new personal and business account documentation; test account setups and workflows; manage QA exceptions; apply automation and AI-driven tools; build dashboards and analytics; support QA system administration (MAP, BPM, TMS, IntraFi); assist regulatory deposit processes and provide training and cross-departmental support.

Lead Global Services sales for FX, derivatives, trade finance and international banking; supervise FX Bankers, develop new business, maintain sales pipeline, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and travel within the US and Mexico for client development and platform implementation.

Serve as a liaison between business and technology to define, prioritize, and deliver payment and digital asset solutions (stablecoins, tokenized deposits). Elicit and document requirements, translate into user stories, manage product backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, support UAT and change management, monitor delivery metrics, and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment for enterprise payments initiatives.

Supports commercial lending team with loan processing, documentation, closings, lien perfection, and file maintenance. Responds to customer inquiries, coordinates resolutions, assists with due diligence (OFAC, compliance checks, credit reports), orders appraisals/titles, and helps manage loan portfolios and complex loan structures under BSA/AML requirements.
