Leads complex, cross-functional banking projects from initiation through rollout and closure. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, requirements, testing, vendors, implementation, and stakeholder communications. Supports portfolio governance, regulatory and audit readiness, project-management standards, and PMO capability development. Uses AI and productivity tools to accelerate project work while validating results and maintaining professional judgment.

Designs, builds, evaluates, deploys, and supports production AI systems, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, AI enrichment pipelines, and governed natural-language analytics. The role ensures secure, auditable, responsible AI adoption through monitoring, documentation, access controls, governance, and incident response. It also develops lightweight internal applications and provides technical leadership for AI strategy within a regulated banking environment.

Reviews personal and business new-account files for completeness, accuracy, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance. Verifies customer information, products, codes, CIP documentation, reports, and scanned files; manages account ticklers and maintenance activities; performs audits; prepares required customer disclosures and CD interest checks; and supports internal employees. The role also contributes to process improvements using AI-driven tools, automation, and technology-assisted controls.
