Assist with migrating, mapping, cleaning, reconciling, and validating client financial data from legacy systems into Vantaca’s ERP platform. Create Excel reports, document migration procedures, develop workflows and checklists, and provide data accuracy insights to internal teams. The role offers hands-on experience with data transformation, client-facing projects, and SaaS operations.

Supports Revenue Operations through business reporting, data analysis, visualization, CRM administration, quote configuration, pricing and contract support, account validation, territory optimization, and sales process improvement. The intern collaborates with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams while developing proficiency in Excel and HubSpot Sales CRM.

Partner with account executives to deliver customized SaaS product demonstrations, set up and maintain demo environments, gather prospect feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap.
