Develop sales strategies, refine playbooks, communicate customer-specific value, gather product feedback, and build partnerships and market awareness. The role requires prior quota-carrying closing experience, B2B SaaS expertise, customer empathy, technical aptitude, autonomy, and entrepreneurial initiative.

Serve as a GRC subject matter expert on strategic and enterprise deal teams, supporting discovery, demos, POCs, workshops, customer onsites, and expansions. Advise prospects on multi-framework compliance, risk, privacy, trust, and governance programs. Validate AI-generated compliance responses, create enablement materials, train GTM teams, provide product feedback, and support post-sales handoffs. Travel approximately once per quarter.

Coordinate recruiting interviews, candidate communications, onsite logistics, recruiting events, and EMEA-specific processes for London and Dublin hiring. Maintain jobs and interview plans in Ashby, support interviewer training, identify workflow improvements, and monitor compliance tasks including NDA tracking and background-check audits. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a service-oriented approach in a fast-paced technology environment.

Serve as the GRC subject matter expert on strategic and enterprise deal teams, advising prospects on compliance, risk, privacy, trust, and AI governance programs. Collaborate across sales, channel, product, legal, marketing, and engineering while shaping offerings for FedRAMP and CMMC ecosystems.

Leads visual product design and design-system development for complex B2B SaaS workflows. Defines visual language, tokens, components, patterns, accessibility standards, and implementation guidance. Partners with product, engineering, research, and brand teams; prototypes experiences; facilitates critiques; mentors designers; and measures system adoption, usability, consistency, and customer impact.

Support global Account Management operations through forecasting, pipeline and renewal analysis, book management, CRM audits, performance reporting, and process improvement. Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional Revenue Operations teams to improve data quality, operational rigor, pipeline generation, expansion, retention, and scalable workflows. The role partners closely with demand generation, sales, customer success, product, finance, and operations. It is hybrid and requires being based in London or Dublin.

Own the full sales cycle for early-stage EMEA prospects, from outbound and inbound engagement through negotiation and close. Run high-volume discovery calls, manage a broad pipeline, close deals within approximately 30 days, optimize sales workflows, tailor demos and messaging, and provide product feedback. The role requires French fluency and is based in a Dublin office-centric hybrid environment.

Lead product marketing for Vanta across EMEA by defining go-to-market strategy, developing regional positioning and messaging, executing product launches and campaigns, creating customer journey content, conducting market and customer research, informing product strategy, and refining pricing and packaging. The role partners closely with demand generation, sales, customer success, product, finance, and operations teams and requires a hybrid presence in London or Dublin.

Own the architecture, configuration, integrations, and operational health of Vanta’s financial systems across Procure to Pay and FP&A. Lead implementation of a CPM tool, re-architect Zip, and develop finance data models in Snowflake. Build integrations involving NetSuite and related platforms, translate finance requirements into scalable solutions, and partner with Procurement, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, GRC, Data, and RevOps. Apply AI governance principles while ensuring auditability and SOX compliance.

Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable compliance-platform capabilities for government vendors, federal agencies, and SLED organizations. Design new workflows, shared infrastructure, and tagging systems while partnering with engineering, product, go-to-market teams, and early design partners. Translate evolving requirements into durable solutions, lead complex cross-functional projects, and help shape engineering culture in a rapidly scaling environment.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s governance, audit, trust, and segmentation capabilities. Lead and grow a product management team, drive an AI-first product approach, and oversee enterprise adoption, satisfaction, and revenue metrics. Partner across engineering, design, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable B2B SaaS products, establish product vision, and foster strong execution and product culture.

Own strategy and daily operations for Vanta’s mid-to-late funnel upmarket sales motion. Lead opportunity management, forecasting, complex deal structuring, contracting workflows, Rules of Engagement, and cross-functional process improvements. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems teams to improve seller effectiveness, conversion, sales efficiency, and revenue predictability. Diagnose funnel friction, guide complex deals, align stakeholders, and implement scalable operating-model improvements.

Build and own full-stack features, platform primitives, and integrations for Vanta Government Cloud. Design secure APIs and services for authentication, data ingestion, schema evolution, monitoring, and framework mappings. Operate integrations within the GovCloud boundary, including observability, on-call support, incident response, change management, performance improvements, and automated testing. Collaborate with federal subject-matter experts, agencies, vendors, and assessment organizations while using AI responsibly to improve development and operations.
