Build and scale Vanta’s global partner marketing programs across communications, community engagement, MDF management, and partner pipeline generation. Lead campaign packaging, co-marketing initiatives, budget allocation, lead attribution, ROI analysis, partner enablement, and reporting across multiple partner ecosystems. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, finance, systems, and regional partners to optimize investments and drive measurable revenue growth.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Vanta’s third-party risk management products, including vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring workflows, data models, and platform abstractions. Write tested code, participate in reviews and architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing functionality. Experience with TypeScript, React or Node.js, web applications, databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs is expected.

Leads, coaches, and develops Account Executives selling Vanta’s trust management platform to early-stage and small businesses. Drives new business growth, full-cycle sales, forecasting, pipeline management, playbook development, recruiting, onboarding, and sales process improvement. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and scale the early-stage sales motion.
