Teams at Vanta

Serve as primary customer advocate for high-value public sector (SLED) accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement Vanta, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn, identify growth opportunities, and align security and compliance outcomes with agency mission and procurement requirements. Require regular onsite visits and strategic planning.

Lead strategy and execution of Vanta's Alpaca design system to scale across AI-driven products. Extend components and patterns for agent chat/canvas, partner with designers and engineers, define governance and contribution frameworks, drive adoption through education and tooling, mentor designers, and ensure accessibility and high visual craft.

Own the full sales cycle for UK upmarket and SMB accounts: source outbound leads, convert inbound pipeline, demo Vanta, negotiate and close deals, maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineering, GRC, Legal, and Deal Desk to grow long-term customers.
