Responsibilities include power distribution, lighting, emergency power, one-lines, riser diagrams, schedules, load calculations, short-circuit studies, BIM coordination, code compliance, stakeholder coordination, and construction administration. The role requires Revit proficiency and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants in a hybrid Miami office environment.

Lead mechanical design for power generation, central utility plants, thermal distribution, and other energy systems. Responsibilities include technology and cycle selection, equipment and piping design, calculations, scope and resource management, client coordination, QA/QC, construction administration, field visits, and mentoring engineers. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and less than 10% local and national travel.

Design electrical building systems for new construction and renovation projects, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, plans, one-lines, schedules, load calculations, and short-circuit studies. Coordinate designs with internal disciplines, architects, contractors, and consultants. Support construction administration through field visits, reports, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews. Projects span commercial, academic, healthcare, government, data center, laboratory, and other building environments.
