The Business Development Manager will secure supplies of scrap plastic, build supplier relationships, negotiate deals, and manage accounts, all while supporting a circular economy.

Field-based role buying and selling recycled PET (rPET). Build new supplier and customer relationships domestically, negotiate deals, meet sales targets, manage accounts, follow CRM and onboarding procedures, and collaborate with global teams to grow recycled plastics commodity volumes.

Develop, configure and support Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure solutions. Build integrations, Power BI reports, and Microsoft 365 services, handle development through testing, documentation and ongoing global support.

Design, build and deploy AI agents, automation workflows and system integrations using Azure AI, OpenAI and Microsoft Power Platform. Automate business processes, create dashboards and data pipelines, integrate Microsoft Business Central/SharePoint/365 with third-party systems, and lead projects from requirements through deployment and user training.
