Success requires strong business development, sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and market knowledge in Japanese and English.

Lead day-to-day financial operations, month-end close, management accounts, reconciliations and variance analysis. Support cashflow, VAT, audit and treasury activities, mentor the finance team, develop management reporting, and drive finance system improvements and automation across Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports and BI platforms.
