Improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, automate finance processes using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and AI, and provide insight to cross-functional stakeholders. The role also supports team development and finance process modernization.

Manage international logistics for global commodity shipments across the Americas, Türkiye, Australia, and Asia. Responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, managing carriers and logistics partners, coordinating bookings and documentation, resolving urgent shipment issues, improving margins through routing and freight purchasing, monitoring market trends, and supporting traders, suppliers, and customers. The role requires strong communication, commercial judgment, organization, problem-solving, and multilingual capability.

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build practical low-code applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. The role involves requirements gathering, process mapping, prototyping, system configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, vendor coordination, user training, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work independently across the business to simplify operations and reduce manual work using Microsoft tools and other low-code platforms.

Develop Vanden’s recycled plastics business in Japan by identifying suppliers and buyers, generating leads, negotiating pricing and contracts, closing deals, and building long-term trading relationships. The role focuses on PET and rPET, market mapping, commercial risk assessment, pipeline management, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with global teams. Success requires strong business development, sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and market knowledge in Japanese and English.
