Manage international logistics for global commodity shipments across the Americas, Türkiye, Australia, and Asia. Responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, managing carriers and logistics partners, coordinating bookings and documentation, resolving urgent shipment issues, improving margins through routing and freight purchasing, monitoring market trends, and supporting traders, suppliers, and customers. The role requires strong communication, commercial judgment, organization, problem-solving, and multilingual capability.

Owns the end-to-end administration and delivery of Prior Informed Consent contracts, including compliance records, trackers, evidence logs, audits, follow-up actions and close-out. The role coordinates Compliance, Service Delivery, Commercial, Contracts and Logistics, identifies and escalates risks, provides documentation guidance, and improves processes supporting regulated waste and environmental compliance.

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build practical low-code applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. The role involves requirements gathering, process mapping, prototyping, system configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, vendor coordination, user training, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work independently across the business to simplify operations and reduce manual work using Microsoft tools and other low-code platforms.
