Lead CRM strategy and execution for Sports markets (primarily Canada and Tier 2 markets). Plan, run and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Telegram, Inbox, On-site), build market-specific calendars, analyze performance, run A/B tests, optimize journeys and segmentation, coordinate cross-functional delivery, ensure regulatory and responsible gaming compliance, and drive customer engagement and retention.

Design, develop and maintain frontend and GraphQL API test automation using Playwright, Java, Postman and JavaScript. Improve automation framework, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage test cases in Jira/Zephyr, analyse flaky tests, report defects, produce Allure reports, and perform manual testing and payment integration testing across environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Scala. Develop event-driven distributed systems using Akka/Pekko and Kafka, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture, troubleshoot production, optimize performance, mentor juniors, and participate in 4-6 week on-call rotations after onboarding.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation: map workflows, prioritize use cases by ROI, build prototypes to production, establish governance, drive adoption, and measure impact across business functions.

Partner with Marketing to perform deep analytical evaluation of acquisition campaigns and player behaviour. Design post-mortems, measure incremental lift and ROI, apply statistical frameworks, segment users, build Looker dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to optimise marketing investment and product strategy.

Own execution of one or two high-priority technical or product initiatives from kickoff through launch and post-launch monitoring. Translate product scope into detailed plans, remove daily blockers, run project operating rhythm, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, CRM, payments, compliance, marketing), maintain timelines, risk logs, dependency maps, and produce concise status updates for stakeholders.

Build and maintain scalable Go backend services and event-driven distributed systems using Kafka and gRPC. Own and integrate acquired codebases into the platform, develop back-office APIs and admin tooling, improve observability, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions alongside cross-functional teams.
